Palettz

Palettz are frozen bite-size patties delivered directly to your door! Once
your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the delivery
date. Deliveries occur between 9 am - 8 pm on your designated date. On the
morning of delivery, you’ll get an email or SMS with a 1-hour delivery window,
which cannot be changed

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure
someone is available to accept the delivery at the selected address. Our frozen, perishable products cannot be redelivered. If no one is home, we will attempt to leave the package on a front porch, in a safe place, or with a neighbour. If no suitable location is available, the courier will not deliver, and Patty Palettz Ltd cannot be held responsible for missing items. We also cannot
accept responsibility for parcels left in loading bays.

Please note:

• Upon receiving delivery, customers must transfer frozen Palettz to the freezer immediately. Patty Palettz Ltd guarantees the quality of our frozen Palettz for 24 hours starting from the dispatch day.
• Customers are responsible for being available during the delivery time slot or providing complete instructions if a neighbour will receive the parcel.

Important information:

We strive to assist with any delivery issues. While we
cannot take responsibility for delays once parcels leave our bakery, please
notify us promptly of any problems. This allows us to contact the courier and work towards resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

• Any failed delivery must be reported within one hour of the notified delivery time.
• Refunds are not offered for missed deliveries

• Delivery is limited to specific geographical boundaries - please verify your postcode for eligibility.

London Only Delivery

We deliver to all postcodes across London and Greater London. Minimum delivery charge is £2.99. Additionally, we provide a next-day delivery option for orders placed by 12:00 PM. Please note that next-day delivery incurs a surcharge of £6
